SUMMARY:Atlanta Earth Fest
DESCRIPTION:The Atlanta New Earth Festival welcomes a wide variety of quali
 ty craft\, commercial\, and food vendors. This is always a fun event with 
 a lot of people.&nbsp\; HCEM has had a tent at this event for several year
 s.&nbsp\; We will have a tent with tables for HCEM\, CERT\, and RACES.&nbs
 p\;\n\nRACES will have their&nbsp\;Morse Code displays for people to learn
  to send their initials.&nbsp\; At this event\, more than most of our othe
 r events\, there tend to be many people interested in Ham Radio\, or who h
 ave their license and haven't been on the radio for years.&nbsp\; It's an 
 excellent chance to talk to them about what we do.\n\nCERT will have a gam
 e set up with prizes and questions for the kids.&nbsp\; There are a lot of
  families who attend this event\, so there are usually a lot of kids who w
 ant to play the games.&nbsp\; This is a great chance to talk to them about
  safety and preparedness while they try to win a prize.\n\nWe usually park
  at the Fire Station&nbsp\;at 100 W. Kauffman. It is about a 5-6 block wal
 k from the Fire Station to our booth. We have the ATV and are more than ha
 ppy to come pick you up and give you a ride to our booth. Please arrive ab
 out 15 minutes early so there's plenty of time to get there and back. Call
  Monica when you arrive and she'll make arrangements for you to get a ride
