·       CIARA will begin meeting for breakfast prior to meetings/trainings for anyone interested.  The first scheduled breakfast will be March 30 at 0700 at Lincoln Square Pancake House in Westfield.

 ·       Mike, KD9BKU, ARES EC will hold an ARES Net Tuesday evening, Feb. 27 at 2000 hrs on the Noblesville repeaters.  Topic: Using the IS-213 General Message Form.  All are welcome.

  • Annual Storm Spotter training conducted by NWS will be held Saturday, March 2 starting at 0900 at Riverside Junior High in Fishers. Sign up at:  Miscellaneous: 2024 Storm Spotter Training (signupgenius.com). This training is mandatory for HCEM volunteers and highly recommended for all radio amateurs in the county. Because of this training, there will be no CIARA club meeting in March but a club luncheon following weather training is planned at a location yet to be announced.
  • The Hamilton County Emergency Management Communications Group will meet Saturday, March 9 in the Sheriff’s Training Room at 0900.  Bring your handheld transceivers and ID badges.
