Dear CIARA Club Members,
This is to inform you that both Jeanmarie, KD9UGB, and Dwight, N9DEK, have resigned from their positions as president and vice president of CIARA. The club is now seeking nominations for new officers for a special election to take place at our next meeting on Saturday, June 3rd. Please let me know if you would like to nominate someone. Alternatively, you can make your nomination on the day of the meeting. Any member in good standing and current on dues is eligible to vote. I will send out a separate email to anyone from whom I have not yet received dues for 2023.
I would like to express my appreciation to both Jeanmarie and Dwight for their services. They brought new ideas and enthusiasm to the club. They made many improvements, both visible and behind the scenes, and the club is better off because of it. I hope they will both continue to be involved with CIARA as their time and circumstances allow.
73,
Paul – KA9SDQ
Treasurer, CIARA
