Paul – KA9SDQ called the meeting to order at 10:03 AM.
Paul reminded the club that both the President and Vice-President positions have become vacant and
that we currently have no nominations to fill the positions. Nominations will be accepted later during
the meeting with a vote to happen shortly after.

There will be a nominations and special election for President and VP since both President and Vice
President resigned last month.

Lester nominated John and Dane as president and vice-president. There was no second. Both John
and Dane did not accept the nomination.
Dane asked What does everyone want to do as a club.
- Brandon More events where we do radio and eat food.
- Learn more about the hobby.
Dallas will volunteer to be VP if someone is willing to be President.
Nate volunteered to be President but due to his age he isn’t sure that he can do it.
